Experienced Silver Service Waiting Staff Required

To work in one of the prestigious lounges at the DW Stadium for both WRLFC and WAFC Match days only. You must be of impeccable appearance at all times, with a warm, friendly but professional attitude towards the clients. You will be responsible for the correct lay up of the room, provide a silver service style to the clients, ensuring that all food and beverage is provided in a prompt, but professional manner throughout the game as strict deadlines to be adhered to. You will work as part of a small team, but must be able to take initiative when required to do so. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with formal qualifications a distinct advantage. Must be flexible as hours will vary according to match day dates and times. Meets National minimum wage.

Assistant Restaurant Manager – Sharpy’s Fish & Chips

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, high volume Assistant Manager. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, your knowledge and experience will vastly contribute to the opening of this new venture. Having exceptional man-management skills, you will also possess a love for quality food and service. Hospitality and catering qualifications are a distinct advantage. Previous management experience is essential.

The basic duties will include:-

·         To assist the Restaurant Manager and deputise in their absence

·         To assist in the co-ordinating of the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts

·         Preparing of reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales

·         Managing staff; recruiting, training and motivating staff. Organising and supervising the shifts of kitchens, waiting and cleaning staff

·         Meeting and greeting customers and organising table reservations

·         Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety

·         Maintaining the licensing objectives in accordance with legislation

Kitchen Manager – Sharpy’s Fish & Chips

This is an exciting opportunity for you if you are passionate about the food industry and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen environment is essential with a managerial but hands on approach. We are looking for some with a good working knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations. Previous experience in a fish and chip restaurant or frying range style kitchen is a distinct advantage. Required to work 40 hours per week, on a rota basis, working 5 days from 7 including evenings and weekends, split shifts may apply.

Main duties to include:-

·         Food preparation and cooking

·         Staff supervision and training

·         Day to day management of the kitchen area, enforcing at all times strict hygiene regulations and procedures

·         Stock control including ordering, portion control, stock rotation with regular stock checks

·         Required to work with a hands-on approach to all positions within your remit

·         To liaise closely with the Restaurant Management team; keeping regular lines of communication flowing
